Returns
• You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Some products (such as opened cosmetics, skincare, or personal care items) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
Refunds
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at [your email].
Return Shipping Costs
• You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.
